Twist Bread. #DaringKitchen

And here we are to this month's #DaringKitchen challenge.

The theme was: twist bread. The rules were simple: any bread recipe, any filling, the only mandatory thing was the shaping technique. A ring twisted like rope.

I didn't follow the bread recipe given as there were several other I wanted to try. As per the filling, I tried two things.

The smaller ring is filled with olives (black and green ones). Good, but somewhat standard.

For the bigger one I followed the suggested filling (rosemary and dried tomatoes).
Oh boy, what a delicious surprise. Unexpectedly excellent pairing, fantastic results.

I also made some smaller loaves which you can see in the background in the picture above.

All in all, I am really satisfied. If anybody is interested, I will share the bread recipe.

My only disappointment for this challenge is that I still cannot take proper pictures that make justice to the thing.

Stay tuned,

M.

Grazie mille. I'm glad you liked my flavour combination. I love the idea of the smaller loaves 😀
